What the photos show
- red paint looks glossy and straight in the side and rear shots, no repaint money needed on looks alone
- chrome grille and bumpers shine bright, no rechrome bill in the photos
- front license bracket is heavily rusted, small cheap fix not a structural worry
- tan leather seats are intact with light creasing on the bolsters, no reupholster bill yet
- two loose aftermarket speaker boxes sit on the rear deck carpet, budget a little to remove or tidy them
- black soft top is shown up with a clear rear window, no top replacement visible
- underside is dusty with surface rust on arms and a peeling fuel pump cover, budget an underside clean and inspection
- floor coating underneath is worn through to red primer in spots, not a sealed clean underside
- can't judge the engine bay, the sample only shows it from a distance with the hood up
Money: at $2,700 the glossy paint and intact leather save real money, but the worn underside coating and surface rust mean you budget for a lift inspection before calling it cheap
