About this car
This is the rarest specification in the entire collection: a factory four-speed manual gearbox behind the 3.5 V8, in a sunroof coupe finished in Medium Blue Metallic over Midnight Blue. It is a long-term California car still wearing its California blue plate. It does not run, and the price is not published, so call first. Manual 3.5 coupes almost never come up for sale, and for a buyer who wants that gearbox, the cost of recommissioning is simply the price of admission.
What the photos show
- Light blue paint looks straight and presentable with only small wing marks, no full repaint needed to use it.
- Chrome bumpers, grille and arch trim look bright, no rechrome bill showing.
- Blue leather seats look very good with light wear, no need to reupholster.
- Dash dials look clear and the dash is only partly seen, can't fully judge cracking from the sampled photos.
- Seat hinge trim on the driver seat is peeling and exposed, budget for a small trim repair.
- Trunk floor shows heavy surface rust across the whole pan, budget to treat, repair and refinish it.
- Engine bay looks complete but rusty on the air cleaner and slam panel, budget for sorting and detailing.
- Underside on a lift looks aged with a rusty exhaust, but the floors look intact in the samples, budget for exhaust and underside tidying.
Money: No sale price is listed in the data, but the photos show a usable project — the good blue interior and straight blue paint save money, while trunk and engine-bay rust are the spend ahead.
