What the photos show
- The lead photo carries big dealer text across it, but the car underneath is a black 560SL that looks near new.
- Black paint is mirror-glossy and the panels look laser straight, no paint or dent money needed.
- Cream leather seats, door panels and carpets look unworn, with the delivery plastic still on the floors, no interior spend at all.
- Burl wood and dash are flawless in the close-ups, nothing to refinish.
- Engine bay is spotless and factory-fresh looking, no detailing bill.
- An underside photo shows clean floors and only light surface color on the exhaust, no rust repair to fear.
- Both tops are shown: the hardtop on its stand looks mint inside and out, and the black soft top sits taut, no top money needed.
Money: at $125,000 the photos back a time-capsule car with nothing cosmetic to buy; the only real spend ahead is waking up systems that have sat, so service records decide whether the premium is fair.
